Private Medicine Retreats

Within the ceremony space of the 3-day retreat, Elen is tending, holding, & shamantically doctoring. There is no specific modality used and the way Elen serves is entirely unique to her. Since Elen tunes into the medicine that is needed moment-to-moment and serves in response to that, no two ceremonies will look the same.  Elen's serving includes:

• laying hands on the body

• singing and speaking light language

• drumming

• energy medicine

• custom curated plant medicine

• light body reconfiguration

• silence

• full spectrum space holding

• guidance through dark & soul realms

• any other medicine that pours through Elen's vessel

These retreats are weaved with a variety of medicines - including: the Truth of What is, the healing seed hidden within your Pain, laying of hands, deep presence and devotional space to you and your process.

And yes - we will also work with plant medicine. We will navigate intuitively what plants will be the most supportive for you during retreat. I work ceremonially with a variety of plant medicine including but not limited to: wild rose, mugwort, cannabis, XXXX, XXXX.

Here is an example of a typical flow:

• WEEK 1: Pre-ceremony session #1: A deep dive session of what you are bringing to our time. What is here & alive for us to be with.​​

• WEEK 2: Pre-ceremony session #2: Retreat prep. Sitting with what is arising. Orienting to lifestyle shifts to ripen healing.​​

• WEEK 3: Retreat week. 3-day in-person ceremonies. Full 6-8 hour days together. ​​

• WEEK 4-5: Post-ceremony session #1 is required. Integration of retreat and healing work. How everything is landing.​​

• WEEK 6-8: Shifting into a life free of what was cleared and tended to together. How to integrate it into your life.​​ Closing session(s) ~ wrapping up final threads and closing the energy of the container.

Note that the first post-ceremony session must be booked 1-2 weeks after ceremony. The remaining 2 must be booked within 6 weeks post ceremony.

This retreat is best suited for someone who is ready to show up and let nothing stand in between them and their healing. They are "All in" - there is no place they will not go internally, no hurt or pain or pattern they will not see. No matter the work, they are willing to do whatever it takes for True healing and completion of that which plagues. Someone who is willing to be in the full acceptance of what is & what is present -- and yet fierce in their knowing that true healing and liberation exists.
